You are young and still have your entire life ahead of you!!
I know it's hard...the hardest part is getting started. But do it now while you ARE still young. You don't want to spend your life sitting on the sidelines, watching everyone else participate in life!!! Just losing 20 lbs, will give you some motivation. Right now you are tired and it's hard to get started because of the extra weight you are carrying around, but soon you will feel more energetic. I am 51 and haven't been overweight my whole life (gained a while back when I quit smoking), so far I have lost 40 lbs, and I am telling you the longer you wait the harder it is. As you get older your skin will lose the elasticity and when you do lose the weight, you skin won't bounce back as quickly, in your arms, stomach and other places..lol!!
SO DO IT NOW!!!!! Get off the couch and go for a walk!! I am sure you have been told this many many times before, but you DO have such a gorgeous face... so please get moving, get healthy!! You will be so happy that you accomplished this while you are young, and not only will you be doing a 5K, you will have enough energy to run a marathon!!!
