I had a bad couple of days...I was working so I didn't manage to find time for an actual workout. I've found my eating habits have changed...the worst is that I've forgotten to eat breakfast most days, I have my coffee and for some reason run out of time to eat. I am now getting back onto my workout schedule, Im not going to track what I eat, but I will moniter what I am eating, and try to stick to healthy things, and learn to portion my stuff out. I've found that using the tredmill has helped me, I just have to keep the motivation going, so anyone that has any ideas, feel free to share. Hope everyone else is having more luck than I am. I'm feeling better, and i feel like I am starting to look better, but that darn number on the scale isn't going down. Good luck to you all!
