Hard Work Yields Results!

Today was my week one weigh in, and I lost almost two pounds. It has been difficult sticking to eating healthy and exercising every day, but the hard work has payed off! I am proud of myself, and I have not felt that way in months. My daughters are on the healthy kick with me, and they have been eating fruits and vegetables every day. I try to do exercises that they can do with me. Week one was a success, and I am determined to work as hard for week two!

    Congratulations on your 2 lb weight loss!
    I also started about a week ago and lost 2 lbs. Walking with my husband has been my main exercise so far. I did the wall push ups and thought they were pretty easy but boy did I feel them the next day!
