Today was my week one weigh in, and I lost almost two pounds. It has been difficult sticking to eating healthy and exercising every day, but the hard work has payed off! I am proud of myself, and I have not felt that way in months. My daughters are on the healthy kick with me, and they have been eating fruits and vegetables every day. I try to do exercises that they can do with me. Week one was a success, and I am determined to work as hard for week two!
