Snack Ideas Anyone? - P90X Week 2 Day 3

Yesterday's workout, Cardio X, was much harder then it should have been. Time got away from me in the morning and by the afternoon it had been 5.5 hours since I had eaten last. In a rush I ripped into my Cardio X and part way through I realized I was starving! I then thought about the time, the lack of eating.. oops. I worked as hard as I could but the energy was not with me. I have to chalk this one up as a learning experience.

To prevent this from happening in the future I am going to stock up again at work on tuna pouches, fresh fruit in my lately empty fruit bowl, quick slim fast shakes, bars. Any other thoughts?

Today is Arms & Shoulders. I found the 8lbs weights I had were too heavy for some of the shoulder exercises for me so I am going to try to pick up some 5lbs and 2lbs today after work.

    I love the light laughing cow cheese with an apple. This cheese is only 35 cal. per triangle and gives you a little protein!
