I have been on this site now for over 3 months.

I have never used their exercises or nutritional plan. You can put in your own food and it will add it up and tell you how many calories you are at, plus you protein/fibre/carbs..etc.

is is also true with your exercises. Just put you own in and it will tell you how many calories burned.

Good luck with your weight loss can do this!!

    Good job! It sounds like you are really taking control! As to portion size and measuring... I know exactly what you mean! When I strted out (the first time) I used the palm of my hand to size meats, eggs, stuff like that and a coffee cup for cereal, rice and granola, and I pretty much figured if it was a veggie other than corn or peas than no holds barred!!

Great idea to do a video post. I use the Wii Active too and just manually enter the calories burned into the fitness tracker. With the nutrition tracker I found myself tweaking the plan to alternative foods i liked(ex. replace a veggie with a different veggie)

The george foreman is great. I used to have a knock-off version of it and it just wasn't the same but the george works great for all sorts of meats and its easy to clean. I used it when I was at school so it works well in a small space.

    Crock pot and a "George Foreman" type grill will give you lots of variety in your meal preparations!

Enjoyed your video blog, it was nice actually seeing who was talking to me!
