I so wimped out

Today was a really bad day at work . I was busy from the minute I got there until the minute I left. When I got home I was really hungry so I started making dinner. I knew I had a training session today at 7:30 and I knew I even had time to get dress and get going after I got dinner in the oven if I managed my time correctly. The thing was I was hungry and tired from having a crappy day. It rained all day and I got soaking wet picking my son up. Then I poked a hole in my sneakers and I really did not feel like dealing with day 1 with trainer number 6. My first 5 trainers at the gym either quit, got moved to another gym, got a new position, or went to jail! I just was not feeling very gun-ho about starting with someone new. So when the time came for me to stop and get dress I kept chopping potatoes for dinner. I know I am just wimping out. I know I need to get in some gym time but I just was not feeling it tonight. I think I might just be in a funk......

    Wow 5 trainers, that's enough to make me go it alone. Well there's today that you can get right back in the game!!!

    Tomorrow will be better. Your day is what you make it. Stay Focused on the things you need to make YOU better. Keep moving forward. Today was just a difficult day, but we all have them. A good workout will help eliminate the stress.
