Been continuing to push myself on the treadmill lately, aiming to vary my speed between 4 - 6 mph and attempting to cover more ground in the same amount of time, i.e. bumping up my overall speed.
The graph of my speed on the treadmill is no longer flat-lined as it has been for the most part all these years. Now I'm getting SPIKEY! Woo Hoo! :-)
Had a nice boost today, dropping another pants size from 42 to 40...another Woo Hoo! I'll be SO thrilled when I hit 38!
Wrapping up my first week of "no nuts"...we'll see how it goes...
