Saturated Fat is Good For You!

Doc Mercola hits on a wonderful truth that I've known about for a long time but humbly admit have not always followed because I too have gotten caught up by the influence of the "fat is bad" mantra that is stealing our health. I have been avoiding eating all the saturated fat I know I should eat for fear of gaining weight. But I'm going to change that today. I can still watch my calories but I'm going to go ahead and take more of them in saturated fats.

I know a lot of people avoid sat fats because that is what their doctors and all the advertising has been telling them.

Thanks Doc Mercola for reminding me!! Back to my coconut oil and butter!

    Love REAL butter....raised on a dairy farm so once again the REAL thing! Something about that land of milk and honey! :)

    Real butter! Yum! hmmm... we always had real butter when I was a kid. Real butter whipped with olive oil and skim milk powder. But, I think that real butter is tastier and more natural when compared to ANY kind of margarine. Makes sense...
