Doc Mercola hits on a wonderful truth that I've known about for a long time but humbly admit have not always followed because I too have gotten caught up by the influence of the "fat is bad" mantra that is stealing our health. I have been avoiding eating all the saturated fat I know I should eat for fear of gaining weight. But I'm going to change that today. I can still watch my calories but I'm going to go ahead and take more of them in saturated fats.
I know a lot of people avoid sat fats because that is what their doctors and all the advertising has been telling them.
