On July 6, 2009, I was diagnosed with CDK. Dr. says lose weight. So since July 6, 2009, I have lost 17 lbs. So traditional foods I should be eating to lose weight I can't eat. I am motivated to lose this weight because I want to live longer, even with this disease.
I have started exercising with Jillian Michaels of the BLC on TV. It's a 29 min. workout but it is intense. Then I found a 10 minute dance workout to make it a 39 minute total workout.
I need to keep praying and taking care of myself. Losing weight is a hard job!.
