On July 6, 2009, I was diagnosed with CDK. Dr. says lose weight. So since July 6, 2009, I have lost 17 lbs. So traditional foods I should be eating to lose weight I can't eat. I am motivated to lose this weight because I want to live longer, even with this disease.

I have started exercising with Jillian Michaels of the BLC on TV. It's a 29 min. workout but it is intense. Then I found a 10 minute dance workout to make it a 39 minute total workout.

I need to keep praying and taking care of myself. Losing weight is a hard job!.

    Hi! It definitely is hard, but you're already on the right track with your 17 lb loss. I'm doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred right now and it's pretty tough. You just keep praying and working hard! I wish you the best of luck on your weight loss journey!!!
