Vacation... day 6

Tuesday, September 22, 2009

Yes I am on vacation! A working vacation!!

I have one more coat of paint for the basement stairs that I will do today and the basement is done being painted.. emoticon Do you realize how many calories it gives you for burning while painting? Way to much if you ask me! And barely anything for riding a bike!!

I am so not going to make my 50 miles walked this month for the Fab 40's group like I planned w/ being out because of the knee for a week, and now this week of vacation. Should have gotten a pedometer!

I have two of five dogs bathed.. whew..

Chipmunk update.... there was another one...

That was Simon! He came looking for Theodore!

    That just leaves Alvin.
I do hope you take some time to relax this vacation.

Woo Hoo! A fresh coat of paint - doesn't matter where - gotta love it!

We have a tally at our house for bunnies (sorry all you furry friend lovers) when they have acres & acres of grass to feed on, why do they have to pick MY GARDEN! This year has been slow, non to date! Maybe their "injured" friends sent a warning out!

Congrats on passing 9000 fitness minutes - power on!

I love the chipmunk update... emoticon
emoticon (Not a chipmunk I know - but a rodent nonetheless.)

Don't worry about getting your 50 miles this month - if it makes you feel any better, I'm only half -way there and I haven't been sweating with a paintbrush this week! (So you're way ahead of me in fitness this month.)

Look at all you're accomplishing! It makes me want to get a project or two out of the way... a very motivating blog.
