Sometimes when I start walking I feel really upbeat and ready to conquer 2 or 3 miles. Other days, like today, I can barely eke out 30 min. I push myself because if I wait until later in the day, it'll be too hot to walk. Yes, we still have heat in central Calif! Anyhoo, I start walking and I feel sort of queasy, achy in the shoulders, and just plain yucky. This happens about once a week. My body is like a yoyo. Most day up, once in a while down.
