Sometimes when I start walking I feel really upbeat and ready to conquer 2 or 3 miles. Other days, like today, I can barely eke out 30 min. I push myself because if I wait until later in the day, it'll be too hot to walk. Yes, we still have heat in central Calif! Anyhoo, I start walking and I feel sort of queasy, achy in the shoulders, and just plain yucky. This happens about once a week. My body is like a yoyo. Most day up, once in a while down.

    Good for you for at least getting in 30 mins. It's really hard when you don't feel well. Just keep that momentum going and make sure you drink plenty of water!
