on the walk again!!

I ran into interference and had to discontinue my walking plans due to health reasons. But I'm hoping to get started again. unfortunately I have regained three pounds and I'm sure lost muscle tone I was beginning to build. OH WEll no sense crying over spilled milk!!

So today is the first day of the rest of my life. GODS in my corner. My husband is in my corner what else do I need????????

I've started by walking to the Y, and then walking on the tread mill for 30.00 minutes then walking home. and it's now just 10.00am. Good Start.

I now stretch my calves for two minutes before walking and after, as told too by my podiatrist and again afterwards, I'm to take anti-inflammatory and have special pads in my shoes, so hopefully I'm good to go this time!!

I really need to see weight loss at this point so I'm lowering my calorie intake to 2000- 2100. that should do it. I've taken up snaking on almonds for the fiber and protein, I hope that is an okay move on my part.
