Today is much better. However, I did alittle more research on BMR and AMR and found out that my calorie intake may be to low even at 1500 per day. Debra, IBLESSINGS, opened my eyes alittle on that and threw me a "bone/tidbit of info" that I really should be eating about 1700 calories per day if I am burning between 600 -800 calories per day. Maybe that's why the scale has been stuck on "stupid" for about 2 weeks now. So I read a few message boards and articles regarding the BMR and AMR. Did the calculations and what she told me was right on target. I just wonder why Spark Peoples calorie range it gives me isn't high enough even though I plug in my "fitness goals" at burning 5500 a week? I don't know.
So I will try bumping my calories up to that and see how I do the rest of the week. I walked to the store which is not too far but enough for a good walk to and from. Got my much needed fruits and vegetables and some milk. I look like one of those "old people" that have their little carts they lug around for when they go shopping and take the buses. LOL, I am sure I looked real "CUTE" walking down Blackstone dragging my little "old lady" cart behind me. What do I care? I DON'T CARE what I look like, cause I am getting my cardio in, saving gas, getting things I need from the store and burning calories. I brought a 32 oz bottle of water with me and it was gone within the trip to the store. So I bought some more for the way back home.
So all in all I did GOOD!! Didn't get my ST in today, cause I was doing so much reading up on the BMR and the AMR and trying to see where I should be at calorie wise intake vs. outgoing. But I finally got that settled. And tomorrow I will start my day out eating more calories and doing my cardio and ST with a more confident attitude. Confident that this new intake vs. out take is going to work for me.
