I caught a bad cold. I have had it now for over a week. Even though I felt terrible I came to noticed that I was eating much less. I got on the scale yesterday and it turns out that I have lost 4 pounds from when I first got sick. I am returning to normal, thank God. Today I walked 3 miles at a slow pace.
Now I have to capitalize on the positive side of me getting sick and that is that I have lost weight. I have also lost my appetite. So I am going to continue my walking and eating the right foods only when I am hungry.
I am not suggesting that you go out and get in front on someone who is coughing. But if you do get sick and you shed some pounds then keep the ball rolling.
