This morning was week three of my weigh-in. Last week I lost 1.6 pounds. I went to weigh in this morning and the scale said I have gained 3.2 pounds!!! At first I felt a bit defeated. I came back to spark and checked my nutrition from last week. I see where I can work on being more consistent about what I take in because I was going very close to going over to going under to my calorie intake. I need to make sure I am eating enough clories and not too much fat. But I feel like I am making the effort so that alone makes me feel good. Last thing is it could be possible that I have gained muscle!! I have been lifting a bit and working on my legs. My clothes are starting to look better but the scale isn't. Just a bit frustrating but will never give up.
