Today is a new day. Tomorrow will be another new day....the choice is yours to make this day a day to remember. A day when you made progress towards a goal, or set a new goal or imagined a future where this isn't so hard anymore. It's like a habit, just like our bad choices became a habit, you have to make exercise and eating right your new habit.
