week 11/15 marathon training --(this week is ending to be somewhat of a pullback week)

Last week was lacking w/ST & yoga so need to add those back in...here goes:

Sunday -
off

Monday -
conference for work
gyrotonic private - DONE

Tuesday -
conference for work
gyro duet- DONE

Wednesday -
walked dogs

Thursday -
ST am - p90x shoulders/chest/triceps - DONE
Massage!

Friday -
yoga
XT - bike ride
pilates

Saturday -
long run ~ 20 miles - 19 done

includes:
2 gyro - 2 done
2 run - 1 done
2 ST - 1 done
1 yoga
1 pilates - 1 done
1 XT
1 off - done
