Blogger's Butt Boot Camp

I'm a syndicated blogger, garden designer and garden tv host. I spend 8-10 hrs at my desk workinng everyday. I gained 20 lbs in 11 months. I traded my desk chair for a recumbent bike, now I peddle all day while I work! I;m losing 1 pound per week and am loving it! Check it out. I know its crazy but it works! My blog post is at:
