my last blog was on july 4th and i started to get back into the groove of things but didnt stick with it. today, september 20 i have got my mind set to reach my healthiest i can be! i can do this it just takes one day at a time and staying focused. im working at my local curves now so there is no reason why i cant exercise every day like i should. i really dont think that is my problem though. i tend to eat something sooooo good that i go for more. i need to limit myself to one portion and stop at that. its all in my mind!!! im going to do this!!!!

    I have been away too. In fact, I'm still not getting back on track. Life is so crazy but we are totally committed to getting back on track right after our weekend cruise the first weekend in October. It's great to see that you are back on track and I will be joining you soon.
