my last blog was on july 4th and i started to get back into the groove of things but didnt stick with it. today, september 20 i have got my mind set to reach my healthiest i can be! i can do this it just takes one day at a time and staying focused. im working at my local curves now so there is no reason why i cant exercise every day like i should. i really dont think that is my problem though. i tend to eat something sooooo good that i go for more. i need to limit myself to one portion and stop at that. its all in my mind!!! im going to do this!!!!
