Where to start, where to start? Well, I GAINED 20 lbs.. UGH!!
I had started to see my trainer again in July/August, but then I went on a trip for 2 weeks and I spent the whole time snacking and eating like crap. I've been back for a couple weeks now and I've been to the gym about twice a week. Not bad, but not effective. Since coming back from the trip, I have been experiencing an extreme case of sugar withdrawal; I have been feeling super nauseous (and no I'm not pregnant!), lightheaded, and super bitchy.
So now i'm doing a master cleanse for the next 10 days. I reliase this cleanse or diet is pretty controversial, but at this point, whats there to lose?
Surprisingly, I feel pretty good. I already lost 6 pounds, which I realise is probably mostly water weight, but still. I started the cleanse last night, so I havent eaten solid food since about yesterday morning. And that's where I'm surprised; I dont feel as hungry or light headed as I thought I would. I was expecting this cleanse to feel alot like the sugar withdrawl I been experiencing. Last night and this morning were a bit rocky. I had a bit of a headache last nite, and I caved into a bite of my bf's pasta. This morninf I wanted soooo bad to eat some chicken, but I would just drink instead and the hunger would disappear. I'm pretty proud of myself for not giving in, which motivates me alot. I'm planning on hitting the gym about 3 times this week, time permitting.
I've changed my goal weight to 135. For my height that is healthy.
