I'm having a hard time staying on track at work. Tons of coffee and often there are snacks. I've been bringing in healthy ones, but they don't curb the temptation of other ones.

But, I put a little motivational picture on the office fridge, and today I tracked even though I wasn't going to. So I guess I'm still fighting the fight. Maybe I'll go for a jog tomorrow, since I didn't go today.

    The important thing is that you took a step toward helping yourself today. Put up some visual images and/or motivational quotes at your desk, too. Good luck!
