We started on Monday doing the quick start. We have been eating the fat loss meals from day 1. So far we love it. I can see us eating this way for the rest of our lives. I usually never eat breakfast. My perfect darling husband makes us breakfast in the morning and we eat together before he goes to work. I can not believe how much a difference eating breakfast and eating every 3 hours has made. I am eating more consistantly than I have ever. This new way is keeping me satisfied and feeling good. I no longer dread eating or do the feast and famine eating. You know eating a huge meal and feeling hungry 2 hours later so you snack on a little chocolate and then you are hungry a bit later. The food lovers has me eating consistantly that I do not have those sugar dips. I dont need a nap in the afternoon and I look forward to every meal and snack. I can not wait to see the results!
