huh this works

Friday, September 18, 2009

My biggest problem has always been not eating enough. Odd as that may sound. And I had a lot of trouble loosing the weigh that seemed to want to stay here forever. I listened to what was said and have tried to meet at least the limit of calories a day that is recommended and it is comming off! wow. I noticed that I can do a lot of things I wasn't able to do in a long time and I have more energy. I don't ache all over like I have for so long. It is teaching me to eat better and to balance my meals. All I can say is WOW. I'm not hungry and often have to force myself to eat the recommended calories for the day but I am doing it.
Thank you... emoticon

    LOL @ "Huh? This works?"

Those were my thoughts exactly after I joined SparkPeople. I started tracking all my food on the nutrition tracker and POOF ... whaddya know. Good Luck and welcome to SparkPeople.

I had the same issue- not eating enough. After joining SP I feel like I stuff my self with food all day.
But the scale is telling a different story. I am losing almost a pound every week. This really works.
