About an hour and a half ago, Amanda fed me a really good dinner. She marinated chicken breast and fixed it on the grill and along with that I had half a baked potato and green beans. All in all, I would have to say it was a yummy, healthy and filling. I have to say I am not hungry. However, I really want to eat. I have severe mouth hunger. I want to put something in my mouth and 'eat'/ My tummy knows that I am not hungry, if anything - it is bloatedly full (if that is even a word). But I WANT TO EAT!!
How do I overcome the mouth hunger?
