So you wanna know how I came up with that number today? Well it started after I got out of bed feeling a little groggy. I put my shoes on one foot at a time only to find I hadn't put on my workout shorts or top so I had to laugh to myself! LOL This being 40 years young can be something else. Anyway, I turned to FitTv & they were doing my one of favorite segments, Legs & Glutes & after I got the rest of my clothes on I got right into my workout. So I gave myself 40minutes of tightening my legs, thighs, glutes & calf muscles. Then I put in my Boot Camp DVD & gave another 40 minutes of that high octane fast past total body workout. That darn Cathe is going to be the life of me! so after that All Star Workout with Sara Ivanhoe with yoga (vinyasa) segment & I would call that warm yoga I think I gave about 40minutes & burned close to 400 calories!
After I was done I walked for 40minutes & tonight I will give some abs & light stretch for an additional 40minutes! So after all that I will be lying in bed watching Medium. I will definitely sleep tight tonight! So here's to my life, health & well being.
