Starting over...

Ok so UGH is what I really feel like saying right now about my progress with shred these last couple of days...WOMP WOMP for real!! This last week of school has been hectic and I haven't had time to do ANY workouts since Monday! I probably could have forced myself to wake up at 5:15 every morning to do Shred but I have been up all night studying and getting things around the house done that I'm way too tired to even think about waking up at 5:15...However my eating habits are still good AND i have been taking the stairs at work up 15 flights then down 15 for exercise at work...THAT IS A KILLER!! So I have been getting some type of exercise in..

Now that finals are over and I have a 2 week break until next quarter starts I can get back to being consistent with my workouts! YAY! I decided that I'm going to start shred over at day 1 since I missed days 3-5.. Also I can really start my P90X program, especially now that I have the equipment...Anyway I just had to update my blog about whats been going on in my life these last couple of days...

I'm STILL Determined and I WILL do this!!!! WHOO HOO!!!

    I know exactly how you feel as far as not having enough time to do it all. It's been so hard for me to get up early in the a.m these days! I have to FORCE myself to get out of bed though because if I don't, I know it's most likely not going to happen in the evening. So I feel your pain :) Keep up the great work, you are so close to your goal!!!

    Just keep going girl! Don't look at it like you failed! I don't shred everyday either but its still working AWESOME in my opinion. I aim for at least 4 good workouts a week and eating healthy - if I do more its a bonus!

    There are going to be times when you're just too busy. But it's the little things like taking the stairs that help when you dont have time to work out. Keep yourself focused on eating right when you don't have the time to workout, and then you won't be sabatoging your progress.

    Giving your body rest is just as important as diet and excercise. sometimes i forget this too, but it's just two days missed.. you can't beat yourself up over it. just get after it these next two weeks!!
