Back among the living

Wednesday, September 16, 2009

I was sooo sick Sunday late eve til Tuesday eve! Today I feel alive again. I can eat without gagging and I can move without Hurting. Yay for return of usual good health. Tomorrow I can return to some exercising again. It's been a while since I felt that way. Good health to all. Dona

I'm so glad you're feeling better, Dona. I wonder if we'd appreciate health nearly so much were it not for illness, light were it not for darkness.

I am so glad you are feeling better and back to good health. I've been fighting allergies, then bronchitis for 2 mos now and it is really doing a number on my exercise routine, so I know how you feel. emoticon

So glad you're feeling better. Just think, you'll feel even better once you get back to your normal physical activity. But remember to listen to your body. Even though it sounded like a short illness, sometimes it takes a few days to get back to 100%.
