Today we started a work version of the Biggest Loser. I am excited to have people to inspire me to work out and eat healthier. Today was the base weight weigh in day, and I am ready to lose! We weigh in once a week, and help motivate each other the rest of the week. It is a great morale booster! My kids and my husband are a big help to stay on track at home. I have 15 more pounds to lose to be at my high school weight, and I am determined to get there! Wish me luck!
