This probably won't be too popular with people, esp. SparkPeople, but I just feel like it needs to be said.
I'm sometimes bummed out by SP's articles and quizzes, like the one that says HFCS isn't so bad or the quiz that states that eggs from free range chickens aren't any healthier (when they have been proven to actually be much healthier than battery cage chicken eggs). Sometimes I just get the feeling that they just have to appease their sponsors.
I have been thinking that same thing. Not a very popular stance as this is supposed to be a great resource center for information, but they do have sponsers. I guess all you can do is re-check the information outside of this space. Take it all with a grain of salt, so to speak. 2891 days ago
