My weight on the scale does these fun little bounces, both up and down. So I'll be making steady progress but one day will appear to drop 1.5 lbs and the next day appear to have gained back a pound. Still, when I get that first 'bottom out', its generally a good indicator that I'll get a genuine weight that low very soon. Rationalizing? Maybe, but this morning, that bottom bounce said 199.2...
Thats right, UNDER 200!!! I don't even know when I last weighed under 200lbs! I'm so excited this morning that the people at work are going to put me on straight water, forget the decaf, even that is clearly too much :)
