So lately, I have been just going through the motions. I was starting to feel like Bill Murray in Groundhog Day or Denzel Washington in DeJaVue like I had been here many many many times before. My workouts are pretty intense but I felt like I need to be pushed in a different directions. Although I do enjoy getting healthy, I have been too laxed about it! So yesterday after doing ab work with Cathe on FitTv,
I went to OnDemand, Exercisetv & found "get ripped." I was like well it couldn't hurt to try. Well I opened up Marco Reed & the man ripped me a new one!
It was new because it was boot camp but it revved it up 5 notches! I consider myself pretty fit but he threw me into a tail spin. Push up after push up, jumping jacks, squats & all done with weights, I was sweating like a PIG! I did do Jillian Michaels
yesterday morning & that was fine but Marco Reed has every muscle in my back, chest, abs, thighs & even my feet aching! So I had to show them what a Spark Member was made of, I had to finish & strong & I DID! Although I pushed it, what was Salt N Pepper pushing?!
