It's amazing how a slight shift in perspective can make all the difference...A part of exercise may always be seen as a chore, but with the right selection fitting them into your schedule comes so much easier; the same for foods, learning more about how it all works together, it started to get simpler to recognize that when you're missing something to meet and achieve a more balanced, nutritional meal...and how simply marveling as you feel and observe each task done, one babystep at a time, the I CAN DO IT statement comes faster when the tohought of changing a routine confronts small change, sticking with it and building consistency, then another change and from there...the reward from making that one change, daring to change just one perspective can make HUGE difference and change your life!
