You said that you walk. What kind of walking are you doing. When I just walked on a track or through the neighborhood, I didn't loose. What helped me to loose was the treadmill/treadclimber/eliptal
. I even added a little water aerobics.

    hi honey bun! browsing around looking for something to do and stumbled across your question about walking. i walk 4 miles a day (2 in the morning 2 at nite) and it only takes 15 minutes per mile! i use some leslie sansone videos i watch free online! its fun and very easy. my first time watching the video it surprised me when leslie was on the video saying we'd walked a mile! it goes very fast! if you would rather walk indoors but need the structure of step by step instruction, try this!

    There is a lot of different ways to walk for exercise purposes. Doing stairs, doing what you are doing, me: walking the local mall for an hour with stairs or treadmill, or greenbelt walking, or walking around the block.

We all have our different ways of doing it. The main thing is JUST DO IT!
