Nothing spectacular, just me talking about my last couple of weeks and how I'm working to get back on track.

AnnieJ I agree with you about exercise. It makes me tired out and I want to take a long nap after I exercise. People say, "you will feel so good -- you will have more energy --" Well, it works the opposite for me. I feel terrible, and tired. But ---- I guess we can push through -----

Thank you for sharing this great video blog. I laughed
and I cried. I have tears in my eyes as I write this.
Everything you said is so right on. I have always
pondered about how we can be so in the consciousness
of being so healthy, eating so well, and exercising and
be so happy then lose it to our old patterns
and practices. I know now that it is about our
established brain patterns and chemistries and how
they resist change.
I am so glad you are back to Spark. Your successes
so far are impressive and inspiring. Thank you for
being such a real human person and bringing your
beautiful energies to all us here.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us AnnieJaye. I've had this experience too but staggered back on track again and it is working so I'm glad you've stuck with it and recovered from your wobble too. I doubt it will be the last one, but you're going to get there.

A.J. - thank you so much for posting this! I love video blogs as they seem to put people really in touch.
I so hear you on the exercising. Doing my cardio every day has become habit, but is still something I fight every day. If I don't do it, I feel worse than if I actually do, and I'm hoping that in a year, I will just 'love it'. LOL
So glad that you are getting back on track, you are SO worth it and you really do owe it to yourself. And, you are gorgeous!

i loved your video blog. i was smiling all the way. keep moving forward and do it for you. that hr of dreaded exercise won't always feel like that....i promise. and one more thing...you're beautiful!!
