It's been a while since I spent time on SparkPeople, but I have not forgotten SP. Still at that irritating same spot as months prior. My activity and exercise has almost doubled...but I don't get results.
So...from Labor Day weekend...(and week); I was bad and gained 8 pds. Ouch...I WAS REALLY BAD! Saw my doctor the same week and at least my AC1 has stayed the same...but they were not too happy that since April I have not lost additional weight. They were of course very happy with my activity level. (I can now walk a daily 5 miles!)
So...I am dropping everything and going back to "SIMPLE".
Simple is when I had results.
Simple is when it was easy.
Simple is when it was not a chore.
Simple is when I thought "I can make this a life style change".
Simple is when it was fun and exciting.
3 goals this week. Get to the gym, track food, and drink the water. That's it! Nothing complicated, time demanding, and no "I don't want to" excuses!
Lets see what happens!
