We had to laugh this morning. I keep getting on the scale dreading and anticipating 120 - today I dropped 1/2 pound after eating 2600 calories yesterday! I even ended the day with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter trying to put my calorie deficit into negative territory. I went so far as to count the amount of time walking my sisters dog, even though that is a very slow walk indeed.
And I lost weight! That is just the funniest thing for me! But I don't want to go crazy with putting back 5 lbs. I want it to be more natural. So again, one day at a time.
