We had to laugh this morning. I keep getting on the scale dreading and anticipating 120 - today I dropped 1/2 pound after eating 2600 calories yesterday! I even ended the day with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter trying to put my calorie deficit into negative territory. I went so far as to count the amount of time walking my sisters dog, even though that is a very slow walk indeed.

And I lost weight! That is just the funniest thing for me! But I don't want to go crazy with putting back 5 lbs. I want it to be more natural. So again, one day at a time.

    I'm gonna have to take a trip to Mississippi next time you step on that scale, I've been your biggest supporter, so I'll stand behind you while you are on the scale and I'll gently put a toe on the scale to help you UP, LOL

    We used to do low-dow tricks like that when we weighed in for wrestling back in college. It was really easy to mess with a guys head just this morning his weight was fine and all of a sudden, he was over his weight class, LMAO

    Goodness me! We're struggling to lose and you're to gain. I agree with the others, it will happen and the more you stress out about it, the more un-natural your weight loss/gain will be. Hang in there sweeite! Let it happen and your body will balance out in time.

    This reminds me of "Beware what you wish because you might get it". Isn't it ironic that now you're struggling to gain a couple of pounds when in the past it was just the opposite?

    Don't worry, just do it one day at a time. The 5 pounds will come around.

    You make me chuckle. Her I am struggling to add more calories and not doing a great job and you continue to lose weight. Oh well, I'll get to where you are someday.

    I often go down after a high cal day- that's why I believe in calorie cycling.
    I think it just happens naturally anyway-
    I'm just making sure it happens (some low and some high per week).

    I know you will make your goal. But i believe you are doing it the correct way. You want to stay with in your good habits to gain the weight or you could find trouble with bad habits wanting to resurface. Keep up the great work.

    It WILL happen - but there is a lighter side - here are 90% people on thids site sweating on losing weight - and here you are sweating on putting it on!!
