I think I have found my logon routine for Spark People

The information here is too overwhelming to try and do it all. I know the basics of what I need are in a food diary and an exercise diary. I have set up some additional personal goals. The other information I can view is too much if I am not looking for something specific.

I think I am going to like this site in the long run.
