I gave myself permission

I gave myself permission to have a treat if I want to and it's already working. I'm not freaking out and having huge cravings and I'm not feeling like bingeing this weekend just because I only let myself have a treat on weekends before this one. There's more balance now.

So today I had a Coke and a smile and I continued eating healthfully, with lots of calories left for dinner and a healthy snack of Sweet Coronation grapes.

Cauliflower.

    Good for you - I have found that treats aren't a problem as long as I have them away from the house - so you'd have a single coke - and not a case sitting around taunting.

    Good for you! I too am trying not to deprive myself out occasional treats. I think it is the only way to go if we are considering this a lifestyle and not just another diet. Good luck!!!
