I'm a 54 year old college sophomore taking biology, among other classes this semester. Our assignment for next week is to keep a 3 day food diary.
I've tracked my food off and on for months on SP, but find it time consuming and not very user friendly.
I'm so out of the mood to do this. Interesting I need to do it for a grade. I always think things happen for a reason, even the seamingly small things. So I guess I better choose my days, huh? Anyone have any motivational thoughts for this assignment? I really have a hard time doing things I'm not inspired to do!
