Overslept today and have been busy as all get-out all day long...finally get home, unload the car and it's already 11:30 pm without ANY workout! Argh!
I had intended to do BOTH treadmill & ST today...so I moped around a bit, thinking about skipping it all and just getting a good night's sleep and catching up tomorrow.
Except I just COULDN'T let it go...
So UP the stairs I go to my workout room intending to get right to work!
But, oops there's laundry that needs drying...uh-oh, cat pan needs attention...before you know it YES I've ground out 45 mins. on my 'mill and finished 2 sets of 15 reps of all my ST dumb-bell, resistance bands and wall push-up routine.
NOW I can sleep! :-)
