Working with portion sizes - Eat one serving at a time

Listening to Mahmet Oz yesterday, his suggestion to eating healthy-sized portions is simply this: eat 1 serving size of your meal, slowly. A serving size is about the size of your fist (not the size of your head!). Then gauge how you feel. Still hungry? Put one more serving on your plate. Finish and re-assess. Simple and and sensible.
