Well, I've decided that I'm only going to check my weight ONCE a week for now on! I have a bad habit of checking it after I eat...and lets just see its not happy news yet. I've been eating healthier...working more which hopefully means my body is getting a bit of a work out, and i've been good at avoiding junk. Hope everyone else is having some good luck! Hope to read some other peoples blogs!
