Starting AGAIN!

Ok, (sigh) here we go again! I WILL be starting a walking program. I WILL get up to 10,000 steps/per day.

Just got an exercise bike from a coworker, so will be starting that as well.

Starting small--nothing major so I don't get burned out.

    I was just sparking around and found your blog. So how is it going? I would love to get into a size 10 but my waist has gotten too wide(does that sound better than too big). Have a great weekend and keep walking. emoticon emoticon

    Congratulations for starting again! There may be many start overs, but if you stick to it and make changes along the way, you're going to see some great results in your journey to a healthier lifestyle.

Absolutely, starting small and building up is a great idea. SP has lots of ten minute exercise videos; if you're not familiar with them, check 'em out.

    That is a good Idea i have done the same thing i am currently on day 12 and i have been increasing my walking a little more each time my wife and i walk so i dont get burned out either. Congratz on starting back KEEP SPARKING.
