How many times have I said that ... starting tomorrow ... I am going to eat better, drink more water, exercise more, etc. I have recently seen a number on the scale that DISGUSTS me. I told my friend that if I keep this up I will be able to have my own TV show!! I am giving myself until Thanksgiving to make some progress or I am going to join Weight Watchers with my friend. I would rather save my money and spend it on new, smaller, clothes; however, I seem to lose my momentum after a couple days.
With the new school year starting, and with having a son who wants to eat healthy, I have been planning in the evenings for lunch the next day. I have been preparing myself healthy snacks to take to work while I get his healthy snacks ready for his lunch. I am setting out my vitamins at night and getting my water bottles ready for the next day. The BEST thing is that my husband is on new shifts, which means I have to put my son on the bus almost every morning. This means that I don't have time to hit the coffee shop drive through line-up because I will be late for work. That means no more DONUT, COOKIE or MUFFIN breakfasts for me. I have to say that it feels better to eat a healthy breakfast rather than a super fattening one.
