    I got Sparked and have lost about 25 pounds. I look great. I know this because people think my daughter and I are sisters. I feel young, I look younger than most 51 year olds, and have tons of energy to get out and really live each day to it's fullest. Thanks for the support Sparkpeople.com and my Spark friends.

  i REALLY ENJOYED THE TAPE, I am here to tell all that when I first came on to this sight I was just playing around but after logging on to the sight a few times I just had to get serious because I was seeing all the progress others were making and it was not just from talk so the motivated me more to start setting up my sight and start to get more serious with my weight loss and to my surprise I have really started to see changes in the way I look.............. emoticon

    I have not felt this addicted to good heath since the 80's and 90's. I have spent tons of wasted money on several different programs and never have I found one that was free and did everything a person needs to get fit...

    Love Sparkpeople. Love the motivation that you can get from it. Loved this interview show. Made me want to do more. I try. I start something then I quite. Maybe because my husband makes fun of me sometimes. Do not like doing any excercise with him at home.

  I just watched the video, which I enjoyed very much. It opened my eyes as to how big this really is.

I have been following sparkspeople.com for a few months & have to admit that I am not over weight but enjoys all the articles, tests & recipes I have received as a member. The only thing I can not figure out is how to record in the fitness & food logs. Am I suppose to eat/exercise what they tell me to eat & exercise or do I record what I eat & do at the gym? Can someone please reply. This obstacle is holding me back from really getting into the program. I would like to loose a few pounds & KEEP them off.

FYI - I am Vickison not Viskison. Don't know if it was recorded wrong initially & if it makes a difference.

    Thank you spark people! I Feel confident I will not get type 2 diabetes now,which runs on both sides. My mom and dad have type 2. I have always felt out of control. Watching my mother go through the disease made me realize I have to became fit and control my eating. I don't want to suffer the same fate. I found spark people just in the nick of time! I found myself 60 lbs over weight and counting. The support I get from the friends I made and the fitness and Nutrition tracker has given me total control! I'm 15 lbs down now and see my goals coming true! I can't thank the spark enough!!! Thanks for a better life!

    I have just joined
I now live in a different country and this site is giving me a valuable tool to use.
Spark People allows me to join different groups and receive lot's of interesting information and encouragement.
