I'm fessing up. I have put back on 15 pounds! Yikes! That sucks. I worked so hard to lose about 35 pounds and between January and today I have put about 15 back on. However, I am not going to let that bring me down. I have fessed up and updated my weight tracker and I am back on track. I will track all of my food, I will exercise 4-5 times per week and I will do strength training 2-3 times per week. I will drink 8 glasses of water per day. I will not negative talk to myself. My new goals--
by 12/31/09 -- be under 200 going into the new year
by 2/14/10 -- 185 by Valentines Day - looking hot for my honey!
by 5/15/10 -- 165 by ladies shopping weekend -- new clothes for summer!
by 6/17/10 -- 160 by hubby's class reunion -- won't he be proud???
Right now 160 is my goal weight. I have never been that low in my adult life. I got to 175 with Weight Watchers after my first baby and that was pretty small for me -- between a size 10 and 12 but I have big boobs and curvy hips so can't really get much smaller than that! A size 10 would be awesome!!!!
