Day 2 started out with eating a healthy breakfast of english muffin/peanut butter and fruit. It filled me up and I wasn't hungry at all- yea! I had a snack at 11am (protein) and then went on a 1.5 mile run/walk at lunch time. As I've mentioned before, I used to run so I am starting off slowly with the run/walk so as not to injure myself. I felt great when I was done- except for the fact that I was sweating like nobodies business!
I work from home so do have a flexible schedule and can incorporate exercise into my day- if I will just do it. It does help to write this stuff down here where I know that possibly someone will come read it- that is motivation in itself.
