    Aw. I agree with the previous writer...many of us can attain more by losing weight (better health, more self-esteem) but remember that you're more than whatever weight you're carrying. I know it sounds cheesy but accentuate the positive for yourself just like you would do for a good friend.

    I feel your pain - You know there is more to you than what you see - but somehow it's gotten lost? I feel the same way. I was 114 lbs in my prime and now I'm 190. I'm short so 190 on me is alot. But I believe I can change and that with the power of God I can overcome any obstacle. I raised a daughter by my self - I survived abusive relationships - I have overcome many challenges - why should this be any different. Think about what you have overcome in your life - write it down no matter how painful and use it to reassure your goals - you can do anything! emoticon
