What happened!

I don't know what happened all I know is the summer came, and I got a little loose I gained 12 lbs , from june to sept. 1st. I have to learn how to balance workouts and eating right and hanging with friends and family. A part of me is so very happy that summer is at a close to give me the chance to get back in the swing of things and to learn self control I can blame anyone but myself I am still in this fight.

    We all have setbacks from time to time, but the greatest succes is the ability to rise above these setbacks. You know your weakness, as we all have them, and have a strong spirit to help you move foward. Wishing you much success throughout the remainder of this year and next too! You CAN DO THIS!

    Most of us fall and get back on track after several months of self-indulgence. It's hard to change you around people who the old you reigns on. Realize that you need to be stronger than the old patterns. Realize also that this is a lifestyle change that includes time with your friends and family. Whatever you do, do it for life in all circumstances and you will succeed.

    Good for you for sticking with it. The most important thing to do when you have setbacks with weight is just to pick yourself up again and keep going. You can do this!

But I know what you mean about the end of summer...I'm happy to have some structure back in my life, too. Maybe next summer I can be bikini-ready and have that as a milestone to keep my behavior in check. emoticon
