A new week

Today is Tuesday, Sept 8 and I am determined to not only begin this journey (again), but stick with it. This last year has been very hard on me with lots of life changes involving both my personal life and career.
My problem is that I will eat right and exercise for a few days and then I blow it. Instead of having one glass of wine in the evening, I end up having 3. And then I talk myself out of taking a walk in the evening.
I don't like the way my body looks right now- I used to run 1/2 marathons and now I don't even walk a mile each day. My goal for this week is to track my calories each day, as well as do some kind of exercise EVERY day- even if that just means going up and down my stairs 10 times. I need to stay motivated and I am determined to get back on the right track. Baby steps, baby steps............
